CLASSIC WAFER BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

Add 500g of sugar and one margarine to 200ml of boiling water and cook until it dissolves. Add 500ml of powdered milk and 100g of coconut flour to that. Fill two wafer sheets with the cooled mixture, with half of the fried hazelnuts placed in each half ball on one sheet. Add 80g of chocolate powder to the top filling.
Wafers balls can be filled with all known wafer fillings. They are filled with chilled filling. All half-balls are filled with filling and the entire surface is covered, the balls are turned over, and then two such balls are joined and after standing, cut as desired: with one, two or three balls. Filled and optionally cut balls can be glazed with various glazes: chocolate, fondant, candied sugar, etc.
