CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of chocolate crusts
- 300g of ground biscuits
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 0,5l of chocolate milk
- 3 cups of sour cream
- 500g of whipped cream
PREPARATION:
Whip the cream and powdered sugar well, combine the whipped mass with the ground biscuits. Whip the whipped cream separately with milk or sparkling water. Soak each crust with chocolate milk before filling. Fill the cake by first applying the filling with crushed biscuits to each crust, then the whipped cream and repeat the process until the crusts are used up. Decorate the finished cake as desired and let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
