SALTY CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of salty rosen crusts
- 300g of cheese
- 200g of sour cream
- 200g of cream
- 200g of mayonnaise
- 400g of ham
- 300g of roasted paprika
- 300g of pickles
- 6 boiled eggs
PREPARATION:
Mix grated cheese, cream, sour cream, mayonnaise and finely grated hard-boiled eggs. Mix well and divide into three equal parts. Add finely grated ham to one part, finely chopped roasted peppers to the second, and finely chopped pickles to the third. Coat the crusts one by one with the filling, overlap the crust and repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. Spread the finished cake with sour cream and sprinkle with grated trappist cheese. Leave to cool and harden.
