ROSEN CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of sweet crusts
FAST FILLING
- 400g of sugar
- 250g of margarine
- 400g of ground walnuts
PREPARATION:
Grind sugar with a little water, add margarine to it. Cook until the margarine melts. Remove from heat and add ground walnuts. Combine it all well. Spread the crusts with hot filling, and put fondant on top.
NORMAL FILLING
- 300g of sugar
- 300 ml of milk
- 250g of margarine
- 300g of ground walnuts
PREPARATION:
Boil sugar with milk. When it boils, remove from heat and add ground walnuts. Stir to cool a little, then add margarine. Beat the filling until it turns white. Fill the crusts, and put fondant on top.
